Staff: Mindy is so kind and helpful, the chefs making all the magic happen are great! dined there all the nights we were there awhile ago then back this summer twice :)Order the special rolls and you won’t regret it! The classics are also good.My grandma is visiting from Brazil and of course I had to bring her to the naked fish for some all time best sushi ever :) again this place never disappoints.... Hands down: best sushi in the Lake Tahoe area. Top sushi joints I've been to (and I've been to an embarrassing amount). Their fish is top quality and personally picked up from a supplier that does not deliver to Tahoe...that's their commitment to quality fish. Sot at the sushi bar, let the chefs decide for you (omakase), have a little Sake, and enjoy yourself.

Definitely an interesting bar atmosphere for a sushi place, but everything we got was delicious and our waiter was very personable and gave great recommendations! We got the Hot 'n Wild, the Shrimp Lover, the Lion King, and the White Tiger rolls, and they were all great! They offer a rice paper alternative to seaweed, but those wrapped in the rice paper seemed to fall apart a little easier.

The server was good and friendly.Good hot sake & beer.I ordered:• BBQ albacore: / – I can’t eat very spicy food, so it was good.• Scallop with mushrooms: / – The seaweed didn’t match well.• Heavenly roll: / – Just fine.• Seared albacore: / – The caramelized onions didn’t pair well with the sashimi. Also, pricey for only four pieces.• Miso soup: / – Too salty
